Vittshala expresses its deepest condolences on the sad demise of Former Minister of Finance, Minister of Defence and a proud alumnus of SRCC: Shri Arun Jaitley Ji. The nation has lost a visionary leader. A void has been created that will remain so for a long time.
Vittshala was honoured to be inaugurated by Shri Aun Jaitely Ji on October 17, 2016, at North Block. His message provided us with the direction and the drive to fulfil our purpose. He was a stalwart and a visionary leader. During his tenure as the Minister of Finance, Government of India, the biggest indirect tax reform in the history of Independent India was witnessed amongst many such accolades. He will be remembered as a courageous leader who steered the economy amidst global volatility. An orator par excellence, Jaitley Ji always captivated the audience with his impeccable grip on the subject.
In India's history, his contributions to the economy will be greatly remembered.
Our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
Rest in peace, Shri Arun Jaitley Ji.
